Making research and innovation more inclusive: learning about sex, gender, and diversity

On 9 March 2026, the ICO2NIC team came together to discuss Sex, Gender, Diversity, and Inclusivity. We participated in a specialised training session focused on breaking systemic bias and fostering a more diverse innovation landscape.

By integrating these perspectives, we’re ensuring our research and innovation are more representative and impactful for everyone.

A huge thank you to Chris Hare from Iconiq Innovation and the ELOXYCHEM Project for leading such an insightful session!
